2. All purchases are non-refundable. Digital items cannot be “returned”, therefore cannot be refunded. The administrators of Hypnotessa.com will make every reasonable attempt to deliver your product within 24 hours should digital retrieval fail.
Credits purchased for live sessions are non-refundable. You may use the remaining balance towards MP3s and custom recordings, but I do not offer refunds if you are unable to move forward with your pre-arranged session.
